A big thank you Waihī!

Can you believe it, Christmas is just around the corner! 

We would like to say an enormous “thank you!” to the Waihī community for your fantastic support throughout 2023, and giving us valuable feedback and ideas about what you want for the new outdoor recreation hub at Morgan Park. The information gathered from the online survey and at the hui have helped immensely with our funding applications - we’re around a quarter of the way to the goal!

And thanks to OceanaGold Waihī, Valder Ohinemuri Trust and Lions Club Waihī, who are the generous donors so far - thanks to you all for giving us a great start on our fundraising journey.

We also want to thank Viv Barakat at Lumina Web Solutions for setting us up with a smooth new website - we’ll be adding updates to it as the hub progresses - waihicommunityforum.co.nz.
